I practice in family and child law matters. I am an accredited mediator based in both Glasgow and Edinburgh and I am also collaboratively trained.  I am a child welfare reporter, curator ad litem in permanence and adoption actions and a safeguarder in the children's hearing system.

I have extensive experience in managing conflict, particularly with a view to resolving matters outwith the court setting. I have aways had a particular focus on the impact of separation upon children of a relationship and reducing any potential trauma for them. I am committed to finding solutions to allow parties to move forward following separation, both financially and in relation to the arrangements for any children of the relationship, understanding how difficult and emotional it can be, and believe that mediation provides that opportunity, by allowing those who are separating to feel heard. I truly believe that an amicable separation and divorce is possible and mediation is one way to achieve this.
