I am head of the Family Law Team of Brodies LLP. I practise exclusively in Family Law and am accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Family Law Specialist and as a Family Law Mediator. My main place of business is in Aberdeen but I also handle family law cases from our other Scottish offices from time to time. I have been qualified as a Mediator since 2003. I have helped parents resolve successfully by mediation a number of child and financial disputes. I am also actively involved in Collaborative Practice and am a Family Law Arbitrator. I have for many years been recognised in the independent Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and Legal 500 as a leading individual in family law in Scotland.
