I have been an Accredited Family Law Mediator since 2012.  I have mediated in family law cases involving both financial and child related issues. I have experience of mediations involving emotive discussions about arrangements for children, including travel abroad and also of mediations involving a resolution of the financial matters arising on separation, including business assets. I am an Accredited Family Law and Child Law specialist and have been a Safeguarder for Children’s Panels. I am trained in Collaborative Practice and am a member of the Family Law Association. I am trained in remote, online mediations using Zoom. I am a Legal 500 UK Recommended Lawyer and my Team and I won Family Law Team of the Year 2022 at the Scottish Legal Awards.
