I have been a practising Solicitor since 1983 and an Accredited Family Mediator since 1995. I am Senior Partner of MSM Solicitors, Paisley and Glasgow. I have been Secretary of CALM since 2004 and Senior Tutor in Family Law in the Diploma and Legal Practice at Glasgow University since 2011. I am an experienced general practice Solicitor with a particular interest in family law. I have conducted numerous mediations. These have involved various family disputes, including contact and residence arrangements for children, relocation cases, financial division of assets on separation and maintenance. I have also dealt with mediations relating to other family disputes such as division of estates and family businesses.
